This Privacy Policy explains how Stringline Productions (Sole Proprietor) (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our website, software applications, and any digital assets sold through our services (collectively, the “Services”).
PatchGrid iPad App — App-Specific Privacy Statement
The PatchGrid iPad app processes MIDI, patch data, device names, and PatchGrid data on the iPad and through the connected Korg M3. The app does not transmit that information to Stringline Productions or to third parties.
The PatchGrid iPad app does not collect personal information, account information, payment information, analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data. It does not provide cloud patch storage, cloud synchronisation, or in-app licence registration. PatchGrid files created or imported in the app remain in the app or on the iPad unless you explicitly manage or export them using iPad file-management features.
The website, purchases, support services, and third-party providers described elsewhere in this policy are separate from the PatchGrid iPad app and are not integrated into the app. This app-specific statement applies to the iPad version of PatchGrid.

3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information for purposes such as:
- Product delivery: fulfilling orders and sending download links and/or license keys.
- License management: validating software licenses, preventing fraud/abuse, and providing updates.
- Tax compliance: using billing/location data (such as billing address and/or IP address) to calculate and report VAT or Sales Tax where required.
- Communication: responding to support requests and sending important service-related messages. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in (or as otherwise permitted by applicable law).
